Phone Consultations

Under exceptional circumstances only, patients may request a phone appointment with their treating doctor for a consultation, repeat prescription, repeat referral, results or after hours call back from the on-call doctor. Doctors will not issue new prescriptions or new referrals without seeing the patient first. A private fee will apply for this service and there is no rebate from Medicare. This service is not suitable for urgent or emergency appointments.
