Need a repeat prescription?
Existing patients can now request routine repeat prescriptions online without needing to schedule a full appointment. Simply submit your request (T&Cs apply) and the doctor will review the request and once approved, your script will be sent directly to you electronically—saving you time and a trip to the clinic.
- This service is only available for existing patients.
- Maximum duration for repeat scripts is 1 month.
- We can only provide repeat prescriptions. To obtain a repeat prescription, you must have obtained this prescription from your doctor previously.
- You may select a maximum of two medications per request.
- Repeat prescriptions for addictive medication including benzodiazepines and opiates are not provided using this service.
- Each prescription request is assessed by your doctor who will approve or decline the request on clinical grounds. If the request is declined, you will be advised to make an appointment.
- A flat $35 fee is charged for each request. Please note there is NO Medicare rebate of bulk billing for this service.
- The fee associated with each request is payable when the request is submitted. If your request is declined, you will receive an automatic refund within several business days.
- Requests for repeat prescriptions will be processed within 2 business days.
- Scripts can only be sent to you via SMS or email.
