Jodie Thomas – Clinical Psychologist

Dr Jodie Thomas is a registered clinical psychologist who completed her psychology graduate and post-graduate studies at Monash University, and her Doctor of Psychology (Clinical) qualification at Deakin University. She has completed post-graduate training in Interpersonal Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Jodie is also an accredited Psychology Supervisor and Tuning into Kids (Emotionally Intelligent Parenting) facilitator.

Jodie has significant experience in the assessment and treatment of clinical and non-clinical psychological issues including interpersonal problems (family, parenting and relationship issues) emotional problems, anxiety, stress, depression, work place difficulties, and drug and alcohol problems. She adopts a collaborative approach with clients to determine therapeutic goals and uses a range of psychological interventions to assist in alleviating psychological discomfort.

Jodie will be working Monday to Thursdays at our Abbotsford clinic.
