Isaac is a Clinical Psychologist with special interest in the treatment of trauma, anxiety and mood disorders. He is currently based in private practice and in a hospital clinic for treatment of post-traumatic stress and provides both individual and group therapy to adults. He is trained in several evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and exposure and response prevention therapy. Isaac also holds a particular interest in the broader existential issues that often bring people to therapy. Common themes include a feeling of being stuck in one’s circumstances, relational patterns, or feeling unsure about how to discover a sense of meaning and personal growth through a difficult life experience. His collaborative approach seeks to make the most of sessions, helping people overcome adversities and create lasting positive change.
